I view real estate as something very personal. It may have been 30 years ago but I remember how nervous I was when I purchased my first home. Over the years my family’s needs began with a “starter” home to building a house for our growing family that incorporated a universal design for accessibility. We also needed property for my husband’s electrical business and property rentals for my son when he needed off-campus housing. I grew up in Wethersfield but moved to Southington in 1990 when I married my husband George and raised two beautiful children. My husband was a co-owner of GC Electric Inc. in Cheshire and we now own and operate Casner Electric LLC in Southington. I have enjoyed being involved and serving my community. Over the years I have volunteered at our schools serving on PTO’s, CCD, Girl Scouts and many disability groups and sport programs including Best Buddies and Challengers.
